No hard feelings. We have a 101-night trial so you can experience at home and exchange or return it if you don’t like it. We do suggest trying your mattress for at least 30 nights, as there is a break-in period where your body gets accustomed to the mattress.

For example, if you are ordering a mattress of size 72x71x6” then you will be charged for next higher standard size i.e 72x72x6”. To keep your bedding looking its best, wash it in cold water with like colours on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and use mild, organic detergents. Tumble dry on low heat and promptly remove from the dryer. Note that our bedding is intentionally made slightly larger to account for natural shrinkage after the first wash.

Mattress Protector

If you want to safeguard your mattress against bed bugs, mold, mildew, and other pollutants, as well as protect it from spills caused by pets or children, or shield it from excess humidity in humid areas, then it is advisable to consider using a mattress protector.

The protector is made of Viscose Fabric with a polyurethane film. The polyurethane film creates the protective barrier SuperGuard. The protector has elastic and can be fitted on the Mattress like a fitted sheet.

 

A proprietary membrane between you and the sleep surface which is waterproof and doesn’t let precipitation seek through your sleeping surface. The SuperGuard has been successfully tested for microbial activity and it guards your product from Infection, viruses, pathogens upto 4 microns.

To wash and care for your protector, machine wash with cold water. Line dry or tumble dry with no heat. Drying your protector outside on a dry-line will naturally brighten it. Bleaching the protector is not recommended—bleach has harsh chemicals that will break down the SuperGuard over time.

If the mattress end up not being the right fit for you within the first 101 nights, we’ll help you with a return and full refund.

To return your Snug&Sleep Mattress you ordered through us directly, email us at support@snugandsleep.com to get your return started. 

Our return policy does only allow for one return per household per year, so we can only return and refund one mattress purchased within the same year.

Once we ship your mattress we send you tracking details on your registered email ID. Our back team will be hands on to make sure it’s delivered on time. However, you can also track your order on our logistics partner’s website.

No. The prices include shipping charges. The mattresses are door delivered to you.

Snug&Sleep mattresses and accessories are packed intelligently out of our experience in the industry. In case you have received a damaged product mail us the details on support@snugandsleep.com to initiate reverse pickup.

Once the refund process has been initiated and Snug&Sleep products has been picked up by our partner, we process your return in 5 working days. Please make sure you send your bank details and order details to support@snugandsleep.com. Your email subject should read your name along with an Invoice no. for us to identify and speed up the process.

Irrespective of the refund as a policy is processed to the bank account through NEFT or RTGS only. Please make sure that correct account details are shared to avoid delays.

We standby our commitment. You don’t have to pay anything when you return our mattress under trial period or terms and conditions on returns section.

Our 5-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as compressions deeper than 3/4″in thickness, sagging, flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack, and cover defects, such as stitching. We don’t cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that result from circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress—namely, reclining and sleeping. If your mattress has defects as stated above we will replace it. We offer 5 Year full replacement warranty.

There’s no paperwork needed to register your limited warranty when you purchase from Snug&Sleep directly; we can access your order through the email address you used when you placed your order.
