When will my Snug&Sleep mattress order ship?
Once we receive the order after successful completion of payment we will process & ship your order in 5 working days.
What is the 101-Night Sleep Trial?
If the mattress end up not being the right fit for you within the first 101 nights, we’ll help you with a return and full refund.
To return your Snug&Sleep Mattress you ordered through us directly, email us at support@snugandsleep.com to get your return started.
Our return policy does only allow for one return per household per year, so we can only return and refund one mattress purchased within the same year.
Do Snug&Sleep pillows and protector also have night sleep trial?
Night sleep trials are only for mattresses. Accessories are bought outright from our stores or partners.
How will I get update on the delivery of my Snug&Sleep mattress?
Once we ship your mattress we send you tracking details on your registered email ID. Our back team will be hands on to make sure it’s delivered on time. However, you can also track your order on our logistics partner’s website.
Does Snug&Sleep charge separately for shipping?
No. The prices include shipping charges. The mattresses are door delivered to you.
What if I have received damaged product?
Snug&Sleep mattresses and accessories are packed intelligently out of our experience in the industry. In case you have received a damaged product mail us the details on support@snugandsleep.com to initiate reverse pickup.
What is the refund process?
Once the refund process has been initiated and Snug&Sleep products has been picked up by our partner, we process your return in 5 working days. Please make sure you send your bank details and order details to support@snugandsleep.com. Your email subject should read your name along with an Invoice no. for us to identify and speed up the process.
How is refund processed?
Irrespective of the refund as a policy is processed to the bank account through NEFT or RTGS only. Please make sure that correct account details are shared to avoid delays.
Does Snug&Sleep charge for returns?
We standby our commitment. You don’t have to pay anything when you return our mattress under trial period or terms and conditions on returns section.
What documents are required while returning my Snug&Sleep mattress?
Please keep your invoice ready which was handed over to you at the time of delivery.
How do I exchange my Snug&Sleep Mattress?
If you’re still within your 101-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through &Sleep, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product. You can call us or write to us at support@snugandsleep.com
Please keep in mind that an exchange will void the sleep trial days already used for the new product.
What is Snug&Sleep mattress warranty?
Our 5-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as compressions deeper than 3/4″in thickness, sagging, flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack, and cover defects, such as stitching.
We don’t cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that result from circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress—namely, reclining and sleeping.
If your mattress has defects as stated above we will replace it. We offer 5 Year full replacement warranty.
How do I register my mattress for the limited warranty?
There’s no paperwork needed to register your limited warranty when you purchase from Snug&Sleep directly; we can access your order through the email address you used when you placed your order.
For all warranty concerns, please email us at support@snugandsleep.com with pictures of the issue, as well as pictures of the tags on the mattress.
CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
It is possible to cancel a purchase as long as the order status allows it. If available, you will see this option in your account, in the order details. If you have made the purchase as a guest, you can manage it from the link that you will find in the email confirming your purchase.
